Sourcewell Price List

Prices are stored in the app and used every time you generate a report — no upload needed each quarter. Only import a new CSV when your rate sheet changes. The audit matches prices by Rate Plan Code first, then falls back to the Plan Family default.

How Prices Are Matched

Rate Plan Code lookup

The device's Rate Plan Code from MyAdmin is normalised (lowercase, spaces/dashes removed) and looked up in the Rate Plan Code entries above. If a match is found, that price is used.

SWELL → $20.15

SWELL2 / SWELL3 → $20.50

SWELL-NOINS / SWELL-NOINSTALL → $18.87

SWELL-NOINS3 / SWELL-NOINSTALL3 → $19.25

NJPA → $19.39

SWELL-CC / SWELL3-CC → $16.00 (Charleston County, SC — GO/ProPlus only)

Surfsight cameras → family default $16.00 (see step 2)

Plan Family fallback

If no code match is found, the device's Active Billing Plan is classified into a Plan Family (GO, Pro, ProPlus, Asset, Surfsight, etc.) and the corresponding Plan Family Default price is used.

e.g. plan "GO: Live Tracking" → family GO → $19.25

ProPlus + Keyless pricing

$45.00 is the fixed Keyless base fee. The device's rate code price is then added on top of that $45.00. If no rate code matches, the ProPlus + Keyless family default ($19.25) is used as the add-on.

$45.00 base + SWELL-NOINS3 $19.25 = $64.25 total

$45.00 base + SWELL $20.15 = $65.15 total

$45.00 base + SWELL2 / SWELL3 $20.50 = $65.50 total

$45.00 base + no code match → family default $19.25 = $64.25 total

Updating prices when rates change

When Sourcewell sends a new Item Price List CSV, click Import CSV above. The importer matches rows by the Item or Code column, updates prices for matching entries, and adds new codes. Entries not in the import file are left unchanged.
